HOURS OF OPERATION: Hickory Lane Fiber Co.'s business hours of operation are Tuesday's & Thursday's from 8:30AM-3:30PM ET

DYE TO ORDER/PRE-ORDER: Unless noted, all of our updates are listed as dye to order. Turn around times for each collection launch can be found in each items description. Please make sure you read the full description before purchasing. Turn around times are subject to change due to the volume of orders during an update.

IN STOCK YARN: All in stock yarn is ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and packaged before you receive your shipping notification. Shipping notifications will be sent to the e-mail provided at check out. 

ORDERING BOTH PRE-ORDER & IN STOCK ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER: Your order will not ship until ALL yarn/items in that order are ready to ship. If you do not want to wait, please place separate orders.

NATURE OF HAND DYED YARN: Photos you see on the website for collection launches are samples. We dye our samples in small batches and use those for product photos. The yarn you receive is a duplicate of the sample and although the exact recipe is used to replicate the specific colorway, color placement can and will vary. HLFC does not use any filters for product photos on their website, however colors may vary due to screen settings on your phones and/or computers as well as dye-lots.

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICY: Our shipping rates are based on the USPS website. We offer both US First Class and Priority as well as International First Class and Priority (Please note: Hickory Lane Fiber Co. is not responsible for any import fees. Any import fees must be paid by the customer. If customer fails to pay import fees and package is returned to HLFC, a refund will not be given as this is the customers responsibility). At this time, we do not offer express shipping.  

COMBINING SHIPPING: If you have placed multiple orders in the same collection, please make sure to leave a comment with your order numbers to combine. Refunds will only be given if the difference is $5 or more. If you do not receive a refund, it was not more than the minimum difference. At this time, all International shipping cannot be combined—this is due to the customs information that is printed on the shipping labels.
